TRC Treurat GmbH was formed in March 1991 by the certified public accountants and tax consultants Hartmut Höpken, Dipl.-Volkswirt and Michael Asderis, Dipl.-Kaufmann. It was initially licensed as an certified public accounting firm and later also as a tax consultancy.

Since 2005 Ronald Lindstedt is managing director.

Our company's registered office is at Zwickauer Str. 460 in Chemnitz, an up-and-coming industrial city in Saxony. We also maintain an office in Frankfurt am Main at Stützeläckerweg 12-14, sharing an office with the Intertax GmbH tax consultancy.

We offer our clients one-source, comprehensive independent auditing, business consulting and tax consulting services. In legal matters, we cooperate closely with the law firm Gloeckner & Partner, which is also based in the building at Zwickauer Str. 460. In addition, we cooperate closely with TRC Taxconsult GmbH, a Hainichen tax consultancy, and TRC Treuarbeit GmbH, a Chemnitz tax consultancy.

We are internationally active as a member of TAG International, the international league of certified public accountants and tax consultants. The firms whose specialized legal knowledge is made available to our clients through this organization currently number more than 70 worldwide. Our managing director, Mr. Michael Asderis, is also vice president of the European section of TAG International.
